New professional rubber flooring throughout. High-quality, hard wearing rubber flooring will provide an impact resistant, anti-slip, hygienic footing for your workout.

New custom lighting will enhance your fitness sessions and create a more aesthetically-pleasing and inspiring environment.

New and improved Technogym equipment. We have replaced our existing equipment with new, state of the art fitness machines, including exciting additional machines that were not previously offered.

Arron offers an assisted gym session every Wednesday evening from 6.35pm - 7.25pm. He is on hand to offer assistance with our gym equipment, and tips to get the most out of your workout sessions.
