Step and Tone

Beginners Step and Tone. The class features: A 10 minute warm up, followed by a 20 minute easy to follow step routine. A further 5 minutes stepping with the option of holding a set of small dumbbells to make it more intense. Then 20 minutes of toning exercises with dumbbells of your choice. The class concludes with a 5 minute stretch.
