a combination of cardio and strength exercises suitable for all levels of fitness

Cardio, core and strength workout, using a mix of high and low impact cardio moves, bodyweight and weighted exercise.

Total Body Blast with Andrea
FABBS:
Flexibility, Agility, Balance, Breathing and Strength for poor mobility and poor breathing for the over 60s.
2.30 - 3.30pm
FABBS 65+
Designed to strengthen, stretch and destress through a combination of standing and mat-based yoga poses. Each class will include a breathing exercise and relaxation to end the practice.

30 min continuous fat burning 30 min strength with dumbbells.

Low intensity muscle strengthening workout focusing on core strength and spine mobility.

Arron will be on hand to teach you how to use our exercise equipment, and give advice on how to achieve your fitness goals.

We offer a variety of health and fitness activities to appeal to all ages:

Circuit Training: 1 minute interval training combining cardio and strength. Suitable for all.
Balance, Joint and Strength Circuit: A 1 minute interval training class combining cardio and balance exercises.
Step and Tone: 30 min continuous fat burning 30 min strength with dumbbells.
yoga: Connecting the body, breath and mind using physical postures and meditation.
yogalates: a combination of yoga and Pilates.
Pilates: Low intensity muscle strengthening workout focusing on core strength and spine mobility.
Gentle Yoga: Yoga for less able participants using chairs for support.
Falls Prevention: Specific exercises for elderly or low mobility participants to strengthen muscles, help with balance and improve breathing. An assessment by health professional is essential.
Fit 4 All: a combination of cardio and strength exercises suitable for all levels of fitness
Tai Chi: Practice involving a series of slow gentle movements using a meditative state of mind. Helps with balance and posture.
