Holiday Club Week 2 Round-Up: Another Week Full of Fun!
What a fantastic second week of Holiday Club! We've packed every day with exciting activities, creative challenges and plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, make friends and enjoy the great outdoors.
Caterpillar Update!
Our tiny caterpillars have been keeping everyone fascinated this week. After lots of careful watching (and a whole lot of eating!), they've now transformed into chrysalises! The children have loved following their amazing journey, and we can't wait to see what happens next.
Getting Creative
There was no shortage of creativity this week!. Tie Dye Tuesday has quickly become one of our favourite Holiday Club traditions, with children folding, twisting and dyeing their own unique designs.
The craft tables have also been busy with children designing and decorating their own lollipop stick door signs. Later in the week they enjoyed making wax candles, creating something special to take home.
Active Adventures
From councing sessions at trampolining to exciting movement races and developing ball skills, everyone had plenty of chances to get active while having lots of fun.
Learning by the Sea
A trip to the beach gave us the perfect opportunity to explore and important topic - sea safety. Through fun activities and discussions, the children learned how to stay safe around the coast while enjoying time together by the sea.
The Highlight of the Week: Escape Game!
Working together, the children solved clues, tackled challenges and put their problem-solving skills to the test. It was fantastic to see so much teamwork, communication and determination.
We can't wait to see what Week 3 has in store!
